Based on their offerings, first-time builders would best be served by Geocities to create a free web site quickly with their page wizard. Angelfire is a better choice for those with very basic HTML offerings, especially if the user wants FTP capabilities. If you only want a blog (the on-line version of a public diary), then Angelfire is also the best choice for you with its easy-to-use blog builder.
